Accessing Calendars of other users in Entourage

Can anyone tell me how an Entourage user can access the Calendar of an
Outlook user? We share the same Exchange server and the PC user has
set up permissions for all users to access their calendar. (To access
the Entourage user's calendar, we set up the Entourage user as a
delegate to specific PC users, but we had to be on PC to set up.)

Is this another case of needing to be on a PC with Outlook sharing the
same server to set it up?

This is possible if you are using Entourage 2004. The Outlook user needs to
use Outlook to allow the Entourage user delegate rights. Then, the
Entourage user needs to add the delegate account. This is located in the
account setup window (Tools > Accounts / Exchange tab) under the "Delegate"
tab.

Yes. It's a quite similar process.

Hi

I have dozens of calendars to view, all of which are set to enable me to
read them (i.e. Not set to delegate) and work fine in Outlook 2004.

Is there a way I can view these calendars with Entourage, without asking my
boss and colleagues to assign me as a ³delegate²?
