Accessing global address book and Calendar in Entourage 2004

We've been using Office V.X, and had been connecting to the global address
book just fine. Upon updating to Office 2004, the address book no longer
works. If you click on check names, you get no results. No error message
either, so it seems like it's connecting to the address book, but not
finding anything.

We'd also like to start using shared calendars... How do we get that
started?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

We had this same problem. I fixed when we checked the box indicating that
global address book required authentication.

Thanks, Don, that appears to have fixed it. Not sure why I didn't try that
first myself.
