Accessing Mail and Calendar from more than 1 computer

I admit I'm kind of ignorant on some issues. I use Entourage for my e-
mail. I also use two computers - one at work and one in home office.
Once e-mail is collected by entourage on one of the computers, it is
gone from the server and can not be acessed by the other computer
through enourage OR the server. Is there a way to access e-mail and a
calendar from BOTH locations?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide

You can access e-mails from multiple locations if the account is either
IMAP or Exchange,

You can access the calendar from multiple locations if the account is
Exchange (and there is an Outlook Web Access page accesible on the web
for this account).

Its also worth noting that Entourage does have basic support for Apples .mac
synch services, and as such if you have a .mac account, you can keep your
Entourage synched between multiple computers. This in fact works by keeping
your standard OS X applications (iCal and Address Book) in synch with
Entourage as well, so you will have your data just about everywhere. Your
Address book is a neat copy and in iCal you will have another calendar not
surprisingly called Entourage. Entourage will even synch the "Notes" between
multiple computers. Beware though, its not perfect...I have seen broken
records during the first few synchs.

Regards

Mike
