Accessing Outlook Calendars through Entourage

I am using Entourage on my Mac running OS X. I am the only Mac in the
office connected through a server with all the PC's running Outlook
Express. I used to access other users calendars before I switched to
Entourage (I was using Outlook for Mac) and know I can access
calendars of other Entourage users, but is it possible to access a
calendar of an Outlook user through my Entourage?

No, Entourage does not have that feature.

I think this depends on what you mean by access other users'
calendars. Typically you would do this via an Exchange server's
free-busy information. If you are operating in an Exchange
environment you can still do this with Entourage. You will need to
update the configuration of your Exchange account in Entourage
(Tools->Accounts, Exchange tab, Advanced button), and set Free busy
server to <server>/public (typically, where <server> is the domain
address of your mail server, e.g. exchange.acme.com).

Then when you have added someone to a meeting invite list, you can
click on the scheduling tab in the meeting invite and see free-busy
information for the users on the invite list.

Note, there are a lot of complexities with the way this works, the
biggest challenge being that Entourage uses OWA to manage free busy
information and many Exchange environments don't have OWA set up
correctly.

Good luck.
