Accessing Public Calendars & Contacts

I've set up Entourage 2004 and can see some Public folders that reside
on the Exchange server. I can not, however, see our public calendar,
only my personal calendar. Same goes for our public contacts list.
I've verified that the advanced set up dialog box contains the correct
server/public information.

Thanks for any ideas.....

From the Entourage help topic on public folders:
"€ Only e-mail messages will appear. Other item types that might be in the
public folder, such as Calendar events or tasks, will not appear in
Entourage."

Is there a "workaround" for this? How do entourage users view a public (for
the organization anyway) database of contacts and calendar items? There's
got to be a way. :)

There's no way to do it in Entourage. You can use any of the other Exchange
client options on the Mac like Outlook 2001, OWA, or Outlook in VPC/RDC.

Wich is kind of strange because Entourage X Version 10.1.4 shows the public
folders...

I think it is a bug that might be fixed with an update...

?!?

That's because 10.1.4 uses IMAP to talk to the Exchange server. If you set
up an IMAP account in Entourage 2004 that talks to your Exchange server,
you'll see the same thing.
