Accessing Web Mail Account

Hey there.

I recently got a new job that requires me to use a secured network for my
email & other hospital business.

I can access my email account using a web browser - but am wondering if
there is any way possible to access the web mail account using Entourage
2004?

Just ask your service provider if the e-mail account is
POP3/IMAP-compatible. If it is, see that you get the settings for the
incoming and outgoing mail servers, then set up a new account within
Entourage where you fill in these details, and it should work.
