accidental deletion in store folder change

J

JT

Apparently a change of store folders resulted in the
complete loss of all e-mails. This is a tremendous step
and yet the program had little to no warning that such a
thing was possible. Furthermore, deleted files did not
show up in the recycle bin.

Is there any way to get them back?

In any case, MS must issue a huge warning with a clear
confirmation requirement in the future. Not to do so is a
terribly negligent failure of customer service.

Thanks for any help on this.

Well, duh! When you tell a program to look somewhere else for messages and
there aren't any where you tell it to look, what would you expect? Just
change it back to what it was and you stand a chance of finding your
messages again.
