Accidentaly deleted emails in Entourage 2004

I accidentally deleted all emails that I sent in the past two months.
First I didn't notice that I had moved them in the deleted items
folder, and then I deleted all items in the deleted items folder. They
are gone. Is there a way to restore my data? I really hope so.

Not unless you have a backup of your mail database somewhere. I have a daily
routine that backs up my mail, among other things, to an external hard drive
every night. That way I can always go back to a file as it was the day
before, if something catastrophic should happen.
