Account Hi-Jacking E-mails

I have 4 e-mail accounts. One is set as primary. Two of my secondary accounts
occasionally hi-jack my e-mails, one more often than not. This happens both
in original e-mails and replies.

This is a relatively recent problem, starting around the time I added my 4th
account. I discovered that some e-mails I sent to lists were not appearing.
When I checked my Sent Mail, I just happened to notice the wrong e-mail
address in Sender. It had not occurred to me that this would happen so I had
not looked previously.

I am particularly confused why this would happen to reply e-mails, but need
to know how to correct it at both levels. I have checked my settings and as
far as I can tell they are what they should be.

Any suggestions or advice on how to fix this are greatly appreciated.
