Account name in Window title

In Entourage 2004 the window displayed the active account name in the window title. Entourage 2008 does not. Is there any way to change this? How else can you tell which account is active?

My recollection is that 2004 displayed the active identity name only when
the Office 2004 Identities folder contained more than one identity;
otherwise it did not display the identity name. Are you saying that 2008
doesn't even display the identity name when you have more than one identity
in the Identities folder?
