I have changed the Name in Personal Information from Administrator to
another user name. Entourage refuses to change the name in a message to send
though, it still holds onto Administrator...I have tried quitting the
program, restarting the computer and resetting the recent addresses tab in
Preferences to no avail....any help?

Where did you make the change?

Check your "me" contact in the Entourage address book this one may have the
name Administrator, if so change first and last name to your name.
