We are going to have two servers in which one will be used to send and
receive office email and the other server for internet email. We will
have a different email address for each. Would this be set up by
creating an account? Would I receive emails from both servers without
having to login or log out? Thanks.

You can create multiple accounts with Entourage.

If it's web based email only then you might not be able to download with
Entourage.
