I have established 2 email accounts (one for me & 1 for my wife). If I
open Entourage and my wife's account is showing then her inwards mail
is directed to her mail folders. However if I open Entourage & my
account is showing my wife's inward mail is placed in my inwards
folder. the only way to get her mail to her folders is to switch
identity from me to her at the start up of Entourage, which gets
annoying. Any suggestions?

Entourage can have multiple Identities. Each Identity can handle multiple
accounts.

If you keep everything in one Identity, you need to create rules to move
your messages to your own folders.

If you want everything really separate, create a separate Identity for each
or use the Finder to create a separate User for each and use Fast User
Switching to go back and forth easily.
