Acknowledgement receipt

1. I can't find the feature that requires recipient to acknowledge receipt the email once opened. We used to have this in Outlook Express.

2. Also, I want to automatically clear the delete folder upon exit. I am having a hard time trying find these features i Entourage (I got used to Outlook Express)

I'm not sure how return receipts work, as I've never used them, but you can
enable them in Entourage; see here:

I'm not sure if return receipts are similar to acknowledge receipt, but they
are as close as you can get to the original feature in Entourage.

Search Entourage's Help function for "Schedules", and create new schedules
in Tools>Schedules.
