acrobat comments menu

Using Operating_System: Windows 2003 Server; Word_Processor: Word 2003 for
Windows; PEndNote 6.

Bubbles are appearing on the Endnote toolbar: Continue Integration process.
When I click on one (there are several identical ones), I get the message
"the macro has been disabled or cannot be found"
I don't know which macro is being referred to. Under other conditions -
which I am not able to duplicate, I get a regference to using the Acrobats
Comment menu - which I cannot find or recognise).
Can anyone help to get rid of this?
