ACT!2000 to Outlook 2003

We have recently started using a Small Business 2003
Exchange server, and have all new 2003 Microsoft
software. Some people were using ACT!2000 v.6 as their
task, calendar and contact manager. What is the best way
to convert the ACT!2000 info to Outlook without losing
many of the categories and other important data?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
