My company uses Act 6.0 and Outlook 2002. We have many customers who
have products that need renewal every year. Is there anyway to create
a template in Outlook or Act 6.0 so that an email could be generated
and sent 1 month in advance of renewal.
I know that I can schedule a reminder in Outlook and/or Act, but it
would be nice if I could schedule an email.
Any suggestions? Any add ons?
