In the Access 2007, actions in Macros, "Set Value" is removed. Which action,
in the latest version, should we choose in instead of "Set Value" to get the
results.

Please help me on this.

Mr Steve,

It appears u did not understand my query. Therefore, I am repeating here.
In the earlier versions of Access there was an action called "Set Value".
This action is not seen inthe list of actions in Access 2007. Therefore, I
want to know by choosing which action will i get results which I so far got
by using the action "Set Value" upto Access 2003.

Hope I made it very clear now.

Shganduri,

Thank you. But I did fully understand your original question. But you
appear not to have understood my answer.

There are no macro actions in Access 2003 that are not also in Access 2007.
The SetValue action is certainly included in Access 2007, and you can use it
the same as you did in Access 2003.

As I mentioned before, if you can't see SetValue in the list of actions in
the macro design window, you need to click the 'Show All Actions' button on
the macro design ribbon.

Hope I made it very clear now.

Mr Steve,

After your second reply to my query, I opened a macro and had to search for
"view all actions" and i got it. I could see "SetValue" in that.

Thank you for your help.
