activate over the internet option for office should work properly

Activate over internet option does not work. I can click the links to the
right and update any office program I have, or even go to the Microsoft Help
page online. My firewall is not the issue causing this. I do not want to
activate over the phone; it should be just as easy to activate the programs
as it is to update them.
