Activation For a trial version for publisher

I have purchased a trial version for publisher 2003.
However when i try to activate the software it keeps
telling me the product key entered is not valid. I am
using the product key that was on the back of the CD case

I have even tried to install and reinstall many times,
nothing works

please help

Salima,
Try to email (e-mail address removed) with the activtion key, I had the same
issue and they helped me. All the best
