Active sync changing dates

When I try to sync an ipaq to outlook, it seems that any events that have
been set up through Entourage will have the dates changed by one day.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Check your time zone info on the iPaq, in the Mac OS System Prefs and in
Entourage.

All day events run midnight to midnight, so a time zone (or Daylight Saving
Time) setting of an hour can throw an event into the previous day.
