Activesync and categories in outlook calendar

P

Peter Remans

Hey,

I want to exclude the category Personal from synchronizing with Outlook. I
only want those items on my pocket pc (dell axim).
Is this possible in a way? Because I only get it to work the other way. It
is synchronized with Outlook 2003, but then removed from my pda (this is,
when the option is selected to not synch the personal category)

regards

Peter

Having said that, use the options menu in activesync to select the
categories that your calendar will synchronize.

I have selected all the categories that I want, I only want to NOT sync the
personal category, but it only keeps these items in Outlook, NOT on my pda.
even if I create the item on my pda, it is synchronized with Outlook and then
removed from my pda.
I want to keep items with category personal on my pda, NOT in Outlook (with
an Exchange 2000 account)
