Activesync and Outlook 2002

I have upgraded to Outlook 2002 and now I get error
80040302 when trying to sync my Ipaq 2200. I have the
most recent version of Activesync and the patches for
Office. Apparently it cannot sync most of my recurring
appointments and some of my tasks. Any idea how to fix
this?
