Add a help button ("?") to the Menu Bar of a Form

With Access 2002, is there a way to add a small button
with a Question Mark "?" in the Menu Bar of a Form to the
left of the Close button? A good example of this is shown
in the WinZip product's "Help>About WinZip" form. I want
to add this same functionality to a Form I have created
where when the user clicks this "?" button, the mouse
pointer will change to include the "?" within the mouse
pointer, so whatever control the user clicks on I can
display a small tooltip help message for that control.
