add a new name type to phone number listing

Using microsoft outlook - when I open up a contact page that shows all the
info. In the lower left are the 4 places for phone no's. by clicking on the
drop down list I see there are other choices. Is it possible to ADD/CHANGE
the header listed that are already there?
