Add a space and "/" character

A

Angie M.

Hello,

I have the following statement:

strThingieDingie & vbNewLine

Instread I need the strThingieDingie & a space, a "/" character and then
another space.

(thingiedingie / )

Thank you for your help. There must be a place where these special
characters are listed, if anyone can point me in a direction I would
appreciate it. I guess I could use typetext = " " but I know there must be a
better way. Thank you.

I have the following statement:

strThingieDingie & vbNewLine

This doesn't look like a complete statement to me.
Instread I need the strThingieDingie & a space, a "/" character and then

(thingiedingie / )

Doesn't this do what you want:
strThingieDingie & " / "

Nothing special about these characters.

The things you're talking about aren't special characters. All you
need is

strThingieDingie & " / "

The spaces between the quotes and the slash are entered just by
pressing the spacebar.

The characters for which there are named constants are easy to find:
In the VBA editor, look up the topic "Miscellaneous Constants" which
contains a list, including their ASCII values and meanings.
