Add a Zero

I need to add a zero in front of 3,000+ different
records...is there a way to do them all at once. Thanks.

HAVE:
Cell A1: 60244
Cell A2: 82774
Cell A3: 17863

WANT:
Cell A1: 060244
Cell A2: 082774
Cell A3: 017863
