Add contact out of CC

I cannot add cc-contacts from an e-mail into my address book. That was possible in Entourage 2004 by typing apple=

Add to Address Book shortcut changed in Entourage 2008. It's
command-option-C now.

If you control click on the contact, you get the option to add to Address
Book. It's smart enough to know if the contact is already in your Address
Book and you'll get Edit this contact.
