Add definition link to every Tools option to select in Office.

Please add a definition link to every Tools option available in Office,
similiar to the help area. For example, it is important to know what the
feature is before selecting it in Tools --> Options. This way you can avoid
the help area & simply stay on the same page while still being able to know
what the options are before choosing - and choosing correctly.

Hi Arne,

Starting with Office 2003 Microsoft changed the way those
dialogs are supported in part, so that the definition files
could be translated and updated through the Help files without
needing to update the actual Office program files.

In Word, for example while you're in Tools=>Options use
F1 or click the [?] icon to bring up a list of what each option
does.
