add email addresses by comparing folders

want to add email addresses to my address book from my inbox that do not already exist.

am looking for a script that will compare the two and tell me which addresses are in my inbox but not currently in my address book and give me the option to add them.

any ideas much appreicated as i am an 1hr or 2 into doing this manually

If you have a message selected, select Tools>Add to Address Book (or press
cmd-=).

If there is already a contact with that e-mail address, Entourage will ask
if you want to open it. If there is already a contact with the same name but
a different e-mail address, Entourage will ask if you want to add this
e-mail address to that contact.
