A suggestion: when using Help in Office 2003, keyword searches often lead to
pages with lots of info, required users to hunt around to find what they
need. Help pages should provide an option for further keyword searching to
pinpoint the location of info sought. We're all spoiled with Google's
Toolbar, which lets you search within a page by jumping-to keywords and/or
highlighting them, please see if Microsoft can match (or top
that very
useful functionality.
