ADD In does not show

Hi1 Everyone

I have created an addin for PPT in VB .net . Now i am installing it
through the setup created through the project itself.
The Addin is not getting installed
There is entry in reg as well but still the Addin is not coming in the PPT.

Any Possible causes.
