Add-In Error

I am getting the following error when I start Outlook:

"C:\documents and settings\name\application
data\microsoft\addins\c:programfiles\microsoftoffice\office\SBCMSYNC.DLL is
not a valid office add-in"

I upgraded from XP home to Pro then did a clean install of Office Standard.
Can anyone help me? Nothing came up on a google search with that file name.
