Add new contact same company

We have installed Outlook 2007 and now I can't make new contacts same
company. I went to the help info and it says to use the arrow next to the
save and new, but NO such arrow exists...now what?

HELP Thanks!

There should be a "New Contact from Same Company" action in the Actrion chunk
of the ribbon.
