Add or Remove

When I go to add and remove I insert my Windows Office XP disc and I get a
message: not a valid Win32 application. Can anyone help me. I had just done a
destrution recovery on my computer so I wanted to reinstall my office disc.
Can anyone help me with this problem. Thank You
