Add skills to resources in MS-Project 2000

Is it possible to add skills to resources in MS-Project 2000 ? If so, how to
do the same.

Yes, it is possible with customization. You should create one or more
custom Resource fields or outline codes to list the skills of each resource.

unable to see such options in MS-Project 2000. Kindly instruct.

I have not used Project 2000 in many years. So see if the feature is
available in your version of Project, then click Tools - Customize - Fields.
