Hi Dinesh,
MS Office links with and uses the Internet Explorer
engine to display help files and for File=>Web Page Preview.
Internet Explorer recognizes the Office apps as web page
editors and can add icons to the IE toolbar to allow you
to open a web page for editing in one or more MS Office apps
and, through Windows Sharepoint Services if a web page can
host discussions/comments about a web page (discussion server
enabled) you'll get an icon to use those
