Adding a link from Lotus Notes onto a FrontPage site

Recently I have started using FrontPage 2000. In designing a page I need to
add a contact link so that if it is clicked it will open either the users
inbox or a new message. Since our company uses Lotus Notes the solution to
the problem isn't as easy as if we used outlook. I know that in order to
open the inbox the string is
http://"nameofserver"/mail/%username%.nsf/MailFS?OpenFrameSet. When I type
this in where the %username% is, ther is a 25 behind both % signs. Could
anyone help fix this problem?
