If you are talking about the cookbook template with the pale qurquoise and
peach pages, insert pages and start copying the various elements on the
pages you want and pasting them in the new pages.
(I would strongly recommend using Publisher for that project but you may not
have Publisher. It would be soooooo much easier if you did though.)
