Ok, I seem to be adding members to the group ok. Now I need to send a message to the group. Elementary Q: How do I do that. It was pretty easy with Outlook. Not so obvious now. Thanks.

It works the same way for Entourage. Put the group name in the To field
when addressing a message.

Or right-click (Control-click) the group and select New Message To.

Hope this helps!

Just put the name of the group in the "To:" field. If you want the group to
expand to the individual names when you send, do not click the box labeled
"Don't show addresses when sending to group". If you don't want all the
group members to see each others' e-mail addresses, then DO check it.
