I have OUTLOOK 2000 and I followed directions to add
color to reply's and checked box to add "Howard's
comments" to each area of an email that I'm replying to
that needs a comment in the body. On my desktop I see
things the ways I want them to appear (or at least when I
try using WORD to "send my messages as". When I use just
OUTLOOK I can't even make the "Howard's comments" appear.
In both the WORD and the OUTLOOK programs the color works
when I add a comment, but when the recipient receives the
email they do not see any comments highlighted by color
not any statements that say "Howard's comments".
How can I make this work in OUTLOOK program and/or in
WORD 2000 program when I use WORD as the editor?
Thank you!
