Adding Command Keys to Entourage Menus

I've asked this before, mentioning ResEdit, but got no reply, so here goes a
second attempt.

Now that I have this cool script in my AppleScript menu, how can I add a
command key for it? Is there any OS X app that lets you work with resources
(or are there no longer resources)?
