Adding contacts to someone else's outlook

I wonder if anybody can help me with this problem:

I need to enter a few hundred contacts into my managers
outlook on his laptop. Unfortunately, he needs it all the
time. Is there anyway for me to do it from another
machine on a network or copy a file to his outlook?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
