adding document shortcuts to navigation panel

In OL 2000, I was able to add document shortcuts to my navigation
panel. In OL 2003, I only seem able to add OL Folders (inbox, outbox,
etc.) as shortcuts. Help appreciated.

You can drag&drop any document or folder to the Shortcut Navigation and it
will automatically create a shortcut there
