How do I add a standard logo/address to show at the bottom of every email

Any version of Entourage after vX SR1 should be able to accept images in the
signature - you need to turn on the HTML formatting in the sig toolbar
first. Create a new signature (Tools, Sigantures, New), and clcick the
ŒAB<>AB¹ button at left of the toolbar. Now you can paste an image into the
signature. To use this sig as default, you can declare it to be the default
sig in the Account settings, options pane.
Note that the image will only show when the message is formatted as HTML.
