Adding multiple contacts from the CC field in e-mail

In Outlook 2003, you can click a smart tag next to a name in the TO or CC field in e-mail you've been sent to create a contact card. Even when only the person's name is the "display as" instead of their e-mail, the smart tag gets the e-mail address.
If there is 200 names in an e-mail's TO field that you want to add to your contacts, and their Display As is their name, how can I get all of their names and e-mails into my contacts at once instead of having to click on each name, one by one, and adding it to contacts? Is that possible?
