Adding shared mailboxes

In Outlook 2001 I can attach to shared email boxes using the advanced
tab, let say the shared "marketing" email box in addition to the users
individual. I cannot seem to find a way to do this with Entourage X. I
want to convert my users to OS X, but this a lone stragler. Any help?
