adding shortcut key commands to InfoPath shortcut menus

I have a repeating choice group and I'm trying to customize the commands for
the shortcut menu. After opening the Choice Section Properties and clicking
Customize Commands, the only action I see is ReplaceWith. The other commands
(Insert text_section below, Insert note_section below, and Insert
code_section below) show up in the shortcut menu with the same shortcut key,
which is Ctrl+Enter. Does anyone know how to assign different shortcut keys
or delete the existing ones?
