Adding Sub Category to the Master Category List

Hello,

Is it possible to add sub categories to the Master Category List on the
Exchange server? Is it also possible to import a custom built Master
Category List to each local PC?

Outlook doesn't have any concept of subcategories. All categories are
created equal.

You can enforce category selection through a custom form. See
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/olforms/reqcat.htm for more an example.
