Adding Users to view Calendar

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

When trying to add users I cannot see any names as I do on a PC using Outlook.

I can type a name or webID, click FIND and then that user will show up. I can select him/her add them and adjust their permissions. But I have MANY names to add. Calling hundreds of people and getting their web IDs or the exact name they entered into the system is not my idea of a happy time.

Is there any way I can get Entourage to see all the names on the Exchange server.

I am sure this is just my ignorance of Entourage.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Entourage *will* search your Exchange Global Address List (GAL) as you
type names into the address fields. Keep in mind that it searches in
this order:

Your Most Recently Used (MRU) list
Your local Address Book
Your Exchange Contacts list
Your Exchange GAL

If you're finding that users from your GAL are not appearing then check
your Exchange account's settings under Tools --> Accounts... --> your
Exchange account --> Advanced tab --> Directory settings.

You must use a server address of a Global Catalog server. Ask your
Exchange administrator or Help Desk for this address. Most times, you do
not need to specify search base.

Hope this helps!
